Warranty:
1. Since gen-set reached the agreed destination, its main parts will be guaranteed within 12 months or 1000 hours. (subject to the earlier mature term).
2. We take responsibility of all troubles caused by gen-set's fault and repair gen-sets according to the regulations stipulated by original plants.
3. Factors, which are not in accordance with the regulations of original plants, such as fragile parts, daily consumed components, wrong operating, lack of maintenance, do not include in the quality guarantee.

2. Q: What is the lead time?
A: 25-35 days after receiving your L/C or TT deposit.
3. Q: Is it able to make customer's own brand name?
A: We can be your OEM manufacture with your authorization of brand.
4. Q: Where is your Loading Port?
A: Any port in China. Usually Fuzhou port.
5. Q: What is your payment term?
A: 30% deposit in advance and balance T/T against copy of Bill of Lading or L/C at sight.
6. Q: What is your company's available production capacity?
A: 700 sets of diesel generator set per month and 2000 pieces of alternators per month.
7.Q: What is ATS?
A: Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS) is used which operation voltage is no more than 660AC and may transfer the power between the generator power and the municipal power. The ATS rated current range is from 63A to 3200A.
