DCS-LD2-S series electronic flow scale assembly is a high-speed quantitative metering equipment that is applied to granular materials with good fluidity and can achieve better feed control. It is suitable for the measurement of production raw materials in grain processing, chemical enterprises, grain depots, ports, etc.
- Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
- The specially designed sealed studio of the sensor completely isolates the corrosion and wear of the sensor by rice flour, dust, and water vapor, which greatly prolongs the trouble-free operation time of the equipment.
- The action mechanism is driven by a unique motor, which does not require a working air source.
- There are manual and automatic control modes, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and feeding mechanisms respectively, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials. After the "target value" setting is determined, the operator only needs to start the "automatic" button, and the flow scale will automatically enter the continuous "measurement and discharge" operation immediately.
- Friendly man-machine interface, simple and convenient equipment operation, reduce labor intensity, improve the intelligent level of workshop operation, intelligent storage of production reports, and data communication functions.
- High-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller are adopted. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 240 times per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. It has high measurement accuracy and good stability.
- It has the functions of automatic statistics, printing and data communication of output.
- The parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
