2. Main characteristic:
1. Machine speed and glue feeding speed are controlled manually, and tracked automatically and synchronously.
2. Intelligent PID temperature controlling system, the tolerance is within 1 degree.

4. The glue melting oven is coated with the anti-sticking layer, efficacious prevent the hot melt adhesive against carbonization.

6. High precision alloy steel coating die and high exactitude gear pump ensures high quality coating.
7. High-efficiency cooling device insure the applicable range of the basic materials.
8. By changing fiber spraying system, it can realize PE film laminating with non-woven, special fiber material laminating, shoe/clothes material laminating, medicine material laminating, etc. the fiber spraying system can make low weight glue spraying, uniformity and exquisite, venting quality.
