Our filter paper has good air permeability and water drainability, and provide remarkable tensile strength and heat sealability. Heatsealing tea bag filter papers are available in low gsm tea bag filter papers, natural color tea bag filter papers and coffee filter papers, widely applicable to the packaging of tea leaves, coffee, herb tea and other particles and powders in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Q1:Are you a trader or manufacturer?
A1:While owning the permit of import and export, we are the largest special paper manufacturer in China and the largest electrolytic capacitor paper manufacturer in the world. We have our own plant and warehouse in Suichang county.
Q2:Can I request samples?
A2:It is glad to hear when a potential client want to try our products. Free samples are available for any client in any size or any type based on customers' requirements. Since we have to check whether it is ready made in our warehouse(If not, we will schedule to make it), it actually gonna take up to 7 days before the sample being sent out.
Q3:What is your product range?
A3:For heat seal filter paper, it ranges from 16.5gsm to 42 gsm. For non heat seal filter paper, it ranges from 12gsm to 12.5gsm. In addition, we are capable of customize our current products based on your requirement(Only in non-peak season).
Q4:What kind of packing machines does your product suitable for?
A4:All the main types of packing machines are suitable. Our products have already been tested OK on various type of machines, including but not limited to the following: IMA, Maisa, Luoyang,Constanta, Perfecta, Universal, NF, etc.
Q5:Do you give inspect to the products before they come out of your plant?
A5:We value our reputation and we know that it can be only protected by our products. QC is the first priority and the most important step before any batch of products coming out of our plant. We will test all the attributes of them in our provincial-level lab by our professional scientists with decades' experience.
