PE tarpaulin ( PE tarps, poly tarps) is generally used in HDPE (high density polyethylene) material with high temperature, hardness, mechanical strength and good chemical resistance.
PE tarpaulin surface is coated with LDPE / PE film PE woven polypropylene woven cloth. The production process is: drawing round - weaving - double side film. This tarpaulin waterproof performance is not as good as PVC tarpaulin. Generally used once and can not guarantee waterproof performance thereafter. The advantage is that its quality is light, clean and pollution-free. Generally used in temporary cargo, rain, dust-proof, not suitable for long-term use in the open air environment.
PVC tarpaulins is made of high strength polyester high-strength polyester canvas fabric, coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste resin with addition of variety of chemical additives, like DOP, anti-aging and anti-static components, etc..
PVC coated tarpaulin material has been widely used as awnings, truck cover, side curtain, tents, inflatable products, adumbral materials for building facility and house.
The width is from 1 m up to 20 m . The color can be customized according to customers' requirement. We can produce laminated and coated PVC tarpaulin, for its good flexibility, excellent tensile strength and tear strength.
