We have two types shell, see below pictures.: one is the medium shell with characters, and another is short type without characters. Our standard configuration is the short type without characters. Normally the USB2.0 camera can be installed with the medium shell with characters, USB3.0 can be only matched short type shell without characters, otherwise the USB cable can not come out.
