1. Product DescriptionSulfanilic acid is an inorganic solid acid formed when the hydroxyl group of sulfuric acid is replaced by an amino group. The chemical formula is NH2SO3H and the molecular weight is 97.09. It is generally a white, odorless oblique-square sheet crystal with a relative density of 2.126 and a melting point of 205ºC. It is soluble in water and liquid ammonia. It's relatively stable. [1] The aqueous solution of sulfamic acid has the same strong acidity as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, so it is also called solid sulfuric acid, which has the characteristics of non-volatilization, no odor and little toxicity to the human body. The dust or solution is irritating to the eyes and skin and can cause burns. The maximum permissible concentration is 10 mg/ m3.
