Amitime's heatSTAR system has been developed with the idea in mind for maximum possible energy saving, through its ultra-high scope rating and quiet operation.The latest development in DC inverter technologies and their application in various internal components including compressor, fan, and water pump, has been the major player in the success of our heatSTAR line.

(1) Heating condition: water inlet/outlet temperature: 30ºC/35ºC, Ambient temperature: DB 7ºC/WB 6ºC;
(2) Heating condition: water inlet/outlet temperature: 40ºC/45ºC, Ambient temperature: DB 7ºC/WB 6ºC;
(3) Cooling condition: water inlet/outlet temperature: 23ºC/18ºC, Ambient temperature: DB 35ºC/WB 24ºC;
(4) Cooling condition: water inlet/outlet temperature: 12ºC/7ºC, Ambient temperature: DB 35ºC/WB 24ºC;

A: For official orders, our MOQ is a full container load of 40 feet contaienr.
Q: What's your lead time for orders?
A: Usually 30-35 days. For order of big quantity, to be discussed.
Q: What's your production capacity?
A: We have in total 10 production lines in our factory in Zhongshan now, the production capacity is around 1000 pcs/day.
A new base in Shunde will get ready in 2023 and our production capacity will increase to around 2500 pcs/day.
Q: How can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.
Q: What's the payment terms?
A: By T/T, 30% deposit to confirm the order, and the balance to be done before shipment.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: One year warranty for complete machine, three years warranty for compressor, and long-term technical support.
