After 7 years of researching and experimenting, we developed a new type of flow meter named Ring Wedge Meter. lt's a perfect
sulution for viscous and dirty fluid measurement which troubled many customers.
A+K Wedge Meter is a new kind of differential pressure type product that integrates the characteristics of wedae flow meter and venturi, and is developed to solve highly viscous and dirty fluids measurement problem. When the fluid is running through throtting element, static pressure
difference generates from upstream and downstream of throttling element, meanwhile, it is obtained by pressure tapping device. According to Bernouli equation and fluid continuity equation,volume flow and mass flow can be calculated.
Great wear-resistance property
The conical inlet and passivation desian of rina wedge meter reduce wear shear force to throttlino element, keeping circulation aperture not to be changed for a long time. For fluids containing solic particles, hard alloy material or tungsten carbide coating process can be used to throttling element
for improving wear-resistance property and extending shelf life.
