The Double Die Head Two-Colour Striped Film Blowing Machine Set is composed with two screw stemsand cylinder with one die head, it adopts the device of two different plastic materials, which can blow different kinds of striped vest bags (shopping bag), it can get colorful bags without pringting, with such features as beautiful colors, average stripe, logical structure, advancedtechnology, even rewinding and high output.
Feature:
1. The full set machine is made of 2 sets main motors, two cylinders and one layer die head, feeding by two cylinders. Extruding with one die head one traction and rewinding device, it can improve the quality of striped film by adopting with one traction and one rewinding device.
2. The screw stem and cylinder ate made of 38CrMoAl high quality alloy steel after fine finishing and nitrided treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, durable service.
3. The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure with even and smooth discharging, the blownplastic film has fine finishing, the blower is of labyrinth structure with even air output.
4. The coiling unit adopts pressutre friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven bytorque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
