The Automatic ABO Blood Grouping Card Assembly Line mainly consists of 7 procedures.As following:
1.Sorting and Loading card station,
2.Gel filling working station,
3.Aluminum foil sealing working station,

6.Double-side labeling+bar codes printing,
7.Automatic Detecting and Packing System
We can also match the intelligent detection system and bar code printing system as per customer demand.
Single machine description:
1.Sorting and Loading card
Automatic loading empty card into rack one by one instead of using hand, fast speed and accuracy; Equipped with steering device, if card directions were not same, the system will automatically convert direction.
2.Gel filling working station
Automatic filling the gel into the card,filling effect are smoothly and good apperance.
3.Aluminum foil sealing working station can achieve high accuracy sending film,imported cutting knife,good effect without any noisy.
4.Automatic aluminum foil online shaping station used for blood grouping card film cutting, cutting shape can be easily edited on the computer, to meet a variety of different aluminum foil graphics molding.It works very fast, easy to realize the automation.
5.Automatic centrifuge machine for blood grouping card used to move the air bubble after filling the gel to ensure the qualified rate.
6.Double-side labeling machine for blood grouping card mainly use to paste the label on the two side of the card.Two side labeling at the same time to ensure the direction of the label
