The battery's outer container is fabricated through plastic injection molding, typically using materials like PP, ABS, and FR-ABS, which are insulating and capable of withstanding high voltage testing.

The mould is designed with a 7-tips hot runner system for balanced injection. The gate diameter is selected based on mold flow analysis, with two tips on the side and five in the middle having different diameters. Precision tooling is employed to achieve accurate dimension control. Higher hardness steel is used for the 6 core inserts to prevent any bending or core shifting. Our mature assembling team is dedicated to completing the entire set of moulds.
