Water System

The distance between the air knives and plane can be adjusted, when the glass thickness changed, you need to adjust the distance.
Maintance
It is a very important matter to do routine maintenance for the machines, you should always observe the moving parts of the machine, water system, air system, electrical system, in case of emergency immediately stop checking: bearing and lubrication for all lubrication points lubrication in time.

(2)Maintenance of the water system:
Water in the washing section is circular, the water need changing every day, to keep it cleaness.
You should wash water box and filtration device every month. Observation hole on the cover of washing section is used to check the suituation of water spraying.
(3)Maintenance shunt system
Regularly check the operation of the blower, stop immediately in case of an unusual sound, informing maintance department to check machines.
Cleaning Air inlet filter grid ever month, keeping the blower room clean to prevent dust being sucked air passage, pollution glass.
