Rongcheng main business is manufacturing Forged Rings for big size bearings and slewing ring bearings:

With advanced forging equipment, CNC machines and experience operation persons, we manufacture prodcuts: 

Seamless Rolled Rings  for slewing ring bearings, wearing rings, wind turbine slewing rings, wind turbine blade bearings.

Seamless Rolled Rings  for large standard flanges,large custom flanges,wind tower flanges.

Large diamter flanges, wind tower flanges are manufacture by our workshop.

Ring Gears, Solid tyre and wheels, Seamless rolled neck rings.

Main material: A105, SA350LF2, A694, C22, S235, S275, S355J0

                        42CrMo4, C45, S48C

                        S355NL, S355J2G2, S355JR,Q345E

Forging Workshop:
Until 2013, three production line are running every day to support customers both in domestic market and international market.
7000 Ton Hydraulic Press and 3000 Ton Hydraulic Press, supporting us to offer the products with big weight.

Machining Workshop:
With right CNC machines to support three production line, our machines let us to offer  precision machining service up to 5000mm.

Heat Treating Workshop:
With right way of heat treatment to seamless rolled forged ring, we offered products with good performance on technical properties, like hardness, no cracks, good impcat and etc.
