Type and usages of porcelain bushing insulators
1. ordinary porcelain bushing insulators: used in general transformer or reactor, can be used in the low voltage and medium voltage.
2. high-voltage porcelain bushing insulators: used with high-voltage systems connected to the transformer, and can withstand higher pressures.
3. organosilicone porcelain bushing insulators: composed of organosilicone resin and ceramic material, has the advantages of small dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, etc. It is mainly used for supporting the insulation support of high-voltage windings.
Porcelain casing as the core component of the transformer, bear the insulation support and heat dissipation of the dual role, can effectively protect the normal use of the transformer.
