Product Description
1.Spacer Spool, also referred to as Riser Spool, or Surface Riser Spool, is pressure-containing piece of equipment having end connections, used below or between drill-through equipment. Spacer spool is wellhead section which has no provision for suspension of tubular members and which may have no provision for sealing of tubular members. It is used to provide separation between two components with equal-sized end connections.providing exceptional performance as a wellhead extension, securing connection for choke manifold and kill manifold.
2.We manufacture the spacer spool in all sizes and pressure ratings suitable for Well Head extension, BOP. spacing, and Choke, Kill, and Production Manifold applications. spacer spool usually has the same nominal end connections. spacer spool identification consists of naming each end connection and the overall length (outside of end connection face to outside of end connection face).
3.Features/Others:
A. Flanged, studded, and hubbed ends are available in any combination.
B. We can produce spacer spool for any combination of size and pressure ratings.
C. Integral forged material ensures excellent reliable working performance.
D. spacer spools are designed to minimize length while allowing sufficient clearance for wrenches or clamps, unless otherwise specified by the customers.
E. The standard Spacer Spools does not include outlets, although outlets can be added as per request.
F. Our spacer spool are suitable for general working conditions and sour service.
G. Stainless Steel 316L or Inconel 625 corrosion resistant alloy ring grooves are also available.
H. Normally we will provide tap-end studs and nuts with studded end connections.
