Product Use
Application: Fracturing hose is used for quick connection between fracturing wellhead and diversion skid, fracturing truck and high and low pressure manifold, injecting fluid containing acid or fracturing sand into the well at a high flow rate, causing the oil layer rock to break and produce cracks, supporting the cracks in an open state, so that the oil flow environment can be improved for a long time.
Hose structure:
(a) Lining layer: black polymer synthetic rubber is used as the wear-resistant and acid-resistant lining layer;
(b) Lining wear warning layer: white wear-resistant rubber is used as the lining wear warning layer;
(c) Pressure-bearing skeleton layer: high-strength steel wire rope is used as the pressure-bearing skeleton material;
(d) Fire-retardant layer: glass fiber is used as the fire-retardant layer;
(e) Outer wear warning layer: red wear-resistant rubber is used as the outer wear warning layer;
(f) Outer protective layer: chloroprene rubber is used as a flame-retardant, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, ozone-resistant, and UV-resistant protective layer;
(g) Protective sheath: The external protection of the hose can be armored with stainless steel armor, plastic spiral sheath, etc. according to customer requirements;
(h) End joint: high-strength alloy steel, end connection form: flange, hammer union, API 16A HUB, Grayloc Hub, etc.
•Transporting medium: fracturing fluid, fracturing sand, hydrochloric acid, liquid carbon dioxide, etc.
• Temperature range: -30ºC ~100ºC
