Swivel joint is one kind of fitting to be used in manifold to change angles and rotate for flexible connection in a limited service. Size is from 1" to 4" and rated working pressure from 3000Psi to 20000Psi. There are two types swivel joint- long radius swivel joint and short radius. Long radius swivel joint is widely used due to its feature of smooth flow path to minimize resistance when fluid passing and to minimize erosion - corrosion. Sunrise swivel joint is forged from premium alloy steel with metal melting and heat treatment processes to ensure strength and hardness. It is designd with consistent wall thickness throwout elbow for extended product life. Bearing design helps load capacity, seal components are used by synthetic rubber and metal support ring to isolate balls and race from working medium, meanwhile, pressure relief hole is designed to reduce pressure automatically in case of leakage happened to seals to improve safety factor.
