The ZJ50/3150J drilling rig is a mechanical unified drive drilling rig that adopts a belt parallel transmission scheme.
The power of the three diesel engines is decelerated by the 1000Hp reduction box and then input to the linkage units I, II, and III respectively. It is divided through the narrow V-belt drive and parallel train power combination and then drives the JC50 winch through the main carriage and the chain; from the linkage units II and III The power is taken out and decelerated through the narrow V-belt belt drive to drive two mud pumps; the power is taken out from the fast shaft of the No. 1 linkage unit and the belt drives an energy-saving generator and an automatic blower. Three G12V190PZL-1 diesel engines and three linkage units are installed on a 1.25m high base in the background.
There is a turntable drive device arranged under the drill floor, which takes out the power from the high-speed end of the drawworks, inputs the power to the turntable drive box through the angle transmission box and the cardan shaft climbing device, and drives the ZP375 turntable through the cardan shaft.
The drawworks is installed at a low position, the main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake, the auxiliary brake adopts air-cooled electromagnetic eddy current brake, and the friction clutch shifts gears to realize remote centralized control by the driller.
The front desk of the drilling rig base is a box-stack structure. The height of the front desk is 7.5m, and the height of the backstage base is 1.25m. There is a water tank in the inner cavity of the drawworks base.
The K-type mast is installed at a low position and lifted as a whole.
The drilling rig is powered by three G12V190PZL-1, 1500rpm, 1000kW diesel units; one 500kW energy-saving generator set and a 500kW+150kW auxiliary generator set.
The drilling rig adopts a modular design, which is easy and fast to install and easy to transport.

Well site layout
The drilling rig site layout is divided into five areas: drill floor area, engine room power area, mud pump area, solid control area and oil and water tank area.
Drill floor area: including mast, base, drawworks, turntable drive device, lifting system, wellhead mechanized tools, driller's side room and driller's control room, etc.
Power area of the machine room: including 3 G12V190PZL-1 diesel engines, a belt paralleling device composed of 3 linkage units, energy-saving generators, automatic air compressors, etc.
Mud pump area: arrange two 1300Hp mud pumps, drilling fluid manifolds, etc.
Mud circulation and water tank solid control area: including mud circulation tanks, mud purification equipment, etc.
Oil and water tank farm and ancillary equipment: including MCC room, gas source room, diesel generator set, oil tank, water tank and pipelines.
Barracks area: living area barracks, fire room, tool room, kitchen, dining room, restroom, etc.
