Product Description
The mud shaker is a primary screening equipment in the drilling mud treatment system. Moving screens can be divided into: double track vibrating screens, translational elliptical vibrating screens, and linear vibrating screens based on their motion trajectories;
1.The dual trajectory mud vibrating screen is composed of two vibration motors with the same power and one low-power motor installed The new type of vibrating screen combines the trajectory characteristics of linear vibrating screen and translational elliptical vibrating screen, making it easy to achieve.The switching between linear and translational elliptical trajectories can adapt to different operating conditions. 2.The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously or in reverse.The excitation force generated by the eccentric block offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis.The stacking is a combined force, so the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. 3.The translational elliptical vibrating screen is a new product that applies advanced dual motor automatic synchronization theory and adopts two vibration motors of different sizes, with them on a reference plane.
