API Standard No-go Seating Nipple/Selective Landing Nipple
Description:
The working principle of the landing nipple is: when the drill string or oil pipe string is lowered to the predetermined position, the guiding bevel on the landing nipple forces the guiding cone on the landing tool to shrink to the minimum diameter. After the guiding cone passes through the guiding bevel, it returns to its original diameter under the action of the spring force and rides on the step of the nipple body to realize the suspension or positioning of the pipe string.
