In accordance with the latest version of API 610 (ISO13709) BB5 structure, the LTD series multistage barrel pump is a double-shell horizontal, radial split, guide vane multistage barrel pump, which is mainly used for transporting clean or micro-particulate liquids, such as power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas treatment plants, and water injection on offshore or land platforms. 1, cylinder: according to the pressure level of the flange, the cylinder has two kinds of casting or forging structures; Barrel centerline support to improve thermal stability and withstand higher nozzle loads.
2, core package: the core package (guide vane, impeller assembly, shaft, pump cover, bearing box, etc.) adopts the overall extraction design, which can realize the detection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.
3, impeller and guide vane: the impeller and guide vane are precision cast, the standard impeller and shaft are slidemounted, and the half ring is fixed step by step. For heavy working conditions, the impeller is interference fit, and the ladder shaft structure is used at each stage of the impeller, which is easy to install and maintain; DN80 (export) and above specifications can be selected with the first stage double suction impeller to improve the anti-cavitation NPSH.
4. Axial force balance: the impeller is arranged in series with a balanced drum to balance the axial force, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing; The back-to-back symmetrical arrangement of the impeller can self-balance the axial force, the middle bushing and the throat bushing balance the residual axial force, and the thrust bearing only bears a low load.
5. bearing and lubrication: bearings according to the size of the shaft power and speed selection of oil ring self-lubricating structure bearings or forced lubrication structure bearings, the whole series of bearing isolator type seal, carbon steel bearing housing 360° support, bearing housing can be fan cooling or water cooling for choice.
6. Shaft seal: The sealing system implements the API682 4th edition "Centrifugal pump and rotary pump sealing system", which can be configured with various forms of sealing and washing and cooling schemes.
