AR Fiberglass Yarn

Huierjie AR Fiberglass Yarn is made from Alkali resistant glass ball, with a process of fibre drawing and twisting. In the process of fibre drawing, the surface of fibre coated nwith spinning type sizing and resin, which ensures yarn combine with other material in next working procudure.

It is mainly used for weaving kinds of specification Mesh or Scrim.

Big Roll capacity, High strength, Elastic modulus up to 80.4Gpa, Excellent Alkali resistant properties, Breaking elongation: Low rate; 2.4%,

Packing and Labeling:
Each Spindle yarn is packed by polythene bag.
50 spindles yarn(ø 205x450mm)are located on a wooden pallet with dimension of 1050x1050x1100mm (Totally 2 levels; 25 spindles yarn per level)
Each complete pallet is fastened by double iron strapto keep safety during transit. There is a bearing plate over pallet.
Net weight of one pallet is approximately 500kgs, and gross weight about 545kgs. A 20 feet container is expected to load 20 pallets.
Each pallet have 2 labels on two perpendicular sides, indication the product reference, specification and total weight.

Storage:
Should be stored dry in the original package, and best to be kept at the temperature of 15-35º C, and at a relative humidity of between 35%-65%. If product is stored at low temperature (below 15º C) is advised to put them in workshop for 24 hours before use in order to prevent condensation.
