Description
ART-M61 is an innovative high performance water reducing admixture based on six carbon polycarboxylate developed by ARIT. It features low dosage, high water reduction rate, and excellent slump retention. This product is suitable for various cement-based construction materials and can significantly enhance the workability, mechanical properties, and durability of concrete, meeting the formulation requirements for high-strength, high-flow concrete. The product is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and non-corrosive, posing no harm to reinforcement or human health. Its overall performance surpasses similar products on the market.
Main Characteristics
High Water Reduction Rate: Recommended dosage is 0.12%-0.2% (by weight), with a water reduction rate of up to 45%-50%, suitable for the formulation of high-strength concrete of C50 and above.
Excellent Slump Retention: Slump loss after 1 hour is less than 10 mm. Under high dosage, slump can reversibly increase, making it suitable for long-distance transportation and pumping of ready-mixed concrete.
Excellent Workability: High-flow concrete shows no segregation or bleeding, with good cohesion, making it suitable for self-compacting, self-leveling, and large-volume concrete applications.
Low Air Entraining: Air content is less than 3%, with micro-pore structures that enhance density, balancing both strength and durability.
High Compatibility: Excellent compatibility with various types of cement, admixtures, and additives, addressing the compatibility challenge of traditional water-reducing admixtures with cementitious materials.
Significant Strength Gain: The compressive strength ratio reaches 155%-170% within 3-7 days and 155%-165% at 28 days, with low shrinkage and significant carbonation inhibition effect.
