The design and selection of continuous evaporation crystallizer need to consider the nature of the crystallization product, production scale, operating conditions, crystallizer type, crystallizer material, equipment cost, maintenance and cleaning, etc., in order to select the most suitable crystallizer.
1) Equipment is applicable to the evaporation and concentration of materials, and the final product becomes a solid crystal of a certain size.
2) The feed liquid is heated rapidly through a forced circulation pump and then enters the evaporation separator directly through a tangential inlet at the top, resulting in good gas-liquid separation.
3) With compact structure the equipemt ocupy smaller area having stable operating capability.
4) Convienient in operation and also easy to inspect and clean
5) Mechanical strength is sufficient and low consumption in mental use. Single or Multi evaporation unit is designable as per material feature and amount of evaporation. The equipment is suitable for solution with crystallization precipitation and widely applicable in chemical industry, Smelting in metal mining, pickling waste liquid in large steel plants, wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants, etc.
