ASME U2 Corrosion Prevention Continuous Evaporative Crystallizer

 

 A continuous evaporation crystallizer is a highly efficient crystallization equipment widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. When designing and selecting a continuous evaporation crystallizer, the following factors need to be considered:

    The design and selection of continuous evaporation crystallizer need to consider the nature of the crystallization product, production scale, operating conditions, crystallizer type, crystallizer material, equipment cost, maintenance and cleaning, etc., in order to select the most suitable crystallizer.

     5)   Mechanical strength is sufficient and low consumption in mental use. Single or Multi evaporation unit is designable as per material feature and amount of evaporation. The equipment is suitable for solution with crystallization precipitation and widely applicable in chemical industry, Smelting in metal mining,          pickling waste liquid in large steel plants, wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment in power plants, etc.
