Stud bolt consists of a screw rod with threads at both ends. The threads at both ends are usually the same or one end has a coarse thread and the other end has a fine thread. It can be used in conjunction with nuts to tightly fasten two connected parts together, ensuring the sealing, stability, and high-strength load-bearing capacity of the connection part.
1. Carbon Steel: The cost is relatively low, and it has a certain strength and hardness. After appropriate heat treatment and surface treatment (such as galvanizing and blackening), it can meet the basic performance requirements of Stud bolts.
2. Stainless Steel: Containing alloy elements such as chromium and nickel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and can maintain stable performance for a long time in harsh environments such as humidity, acid-base, and salt spray. No additional complicated anti-corrosion measures are required, and it has an attractive appearance and is easy to maintain.
3. Alloy Steel: By adding multiple alloy elements (such as chromium, molbdenum, vanadium, titanium, etc.) and through precise composition adjustment and strict heat treatment processes, it has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, including high strength, high toughness, good anti-fatigue performance, and high-temperature resistance.
