Scope of application:
The dumbbell cutter is used in conjunction with the sample slicer to cut rubber, insulating or coated materials into standard shape test pieces for testing purposes. Different standards, dumbbell knife size is also different, according to the standard selection of the corresponding dumbbell tool.

Dumbbell slice cutting test:
1) Place the thickness of rubber or plastic to be cut on the platform of the slicer;
2) Place the corresponding standard dumbbell knife on the slicer platform, place the knife edge toward the rubber, and align the knife back with the stamping head of the slicer.
3) The rubber or plastic can be cut into dumbbell test pieces by turning the turntable and impacting the dumbbell knife back.
When cutting test pieces, various dumbbell blades should be configured according to various requirements for cutting test.
Dumbbell test pieces cut by dumbbell knife are used for tensile test and aging test.
