DX51D galvanized steel sheet is a type of galvanized steel sheet based on low carbon steel. Its chemical composition mainly includes carbon (C), manganese (Mn), phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), and silicon (Si), with specific contents as follows: carbon content not exceeding 0.07%, manganese content not exceeding 0.50%, phosphorus content not exceeding 0.025%, sulfur content not exceeding 0.025%, and silicon content not exceeding 0.03%.

Manufacturing process and application
DX51D galvanized sheet is manufactured through hot-dip galvanizing process, with a layer of zinc coating on its surface. This process can effectively prevent corrosion of the steel plate surface and extend its service life. Common thickness specifications range from 0.4mm to 3.20mm, with common thicknesses including 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, etc. The width is generally between 600mm and 1250mm, and the length can be customized according to needs, with common lengths ranging from 1m to 12m.
