1, the instrument through the high precision temperature control system and measurement system to tire cord, yarn, polyester, cotton, etc. under a certain temperature control dry heat shrinkage performance (shrinkage rate and shrinkage force) for accurate testing.

Dual function, can separately test shrinkage rate and shrinkage force;
The system uses the touch screen to carry out man-machine dialogue and input operation directly on the interface. Display system working status, temperature curve, etc. in animation form. The system has real-time fault alarm function, and directly display alarm information;
The temperature module is directly used to collect temperature, and the thermocouple is built in to control PID output heater. The heating temperature can be set on the touch screen and the temperature and heating curve can be displayed at the same time.
By touching the display screen, it can visually display the current test data, and provide data storage function, which can query the test results and calculate the test results;
Equipped with a micro printer to print two values of shrinkage and shrinkage force respectively.
