INTRODUCTION OF CAMINIX VALVE TEST BENCH
CMX-A Safety valve hydraulic test bench is composed of hydraulic system, electrical control system, low pressure water pump pressure supply device system, oil pressure, water pressure instrument system, control valve system, clamping table system, hydraulic medium storage circulating water tank. The test process and results, in line with relevant regulations and requirements. It is suitable for performance testing of sealing, setting, opening and reseating pressure of flanged safety valves.
The test bench workbench adopts the valve flange end face seal, and the claw is used to directly clamp the back of the valve flange for compression. The clamping mechanism is directly driven by the clamping cylinder of the clamping jaw to work, and the radial movement is composed of an oil cylinder and a lever to realize each clamping The claws move radially synchronously, and there is no external force on the test valve.
Working process: adjust the cylinder pressing pressure according to the nominal diameter and pressure of the valve (refer to the pressure comparison table) - press the workpiece - open the intake valve (open the water inlet valve) - pressure performance test - pressure relief, reset .
