TVA Accumulator type die head blow molding machine
"A" SERIES ACCUMULATOR TYPE TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTIC
- Accumulator die head capacity from 30kg to 52kg.It is widely used in pallet,road barrier, Recreation facilities, hollow desk board, and other large and medium-sized plastic hollow products
- Accumulation head "First in first out",
- Adopts accumulator die head,with high quality nitrogen treatment and hardness of surface,resulting smooth flow and quick parison ejection;
- No. of layer: 1 up to 3layers
- Adopts two pull-rod type closing-mold device by rack and pinion system
- MOOG 100point parison controller

1. Appliction: plastic pallet upto 1600*1600*150 mm, with layers 1 to 3.
2. Production Technology: Blow Molding.
3. Raw Material: HDPE, HMW-HDPE
4. Manpower: 2 - 4 workers for one production line.
5. Output: 10-12 pcs/H in szie 1200*1000*150mm
6. Static load: 5 to 6 tons Dynamic load: 1.5 to 2 tons
