Dust free products with a complete filtration up to 100µm, avoid bitter taste from inhalation, health guard of operators. Effective guarantee of activity of MBI due to pre-dispersed masterbatch. Tack free products at room temperature, convenience and accuracy on ingredients. Lower Mooney viscosity at lower temperature (50ºC), higher quality of dispersion. Impurity free, blocked filter free of extrusive products, scrap rate reduction and higher productivity thanks to filtration. Wider compatibility with other elastomers.
Properties:MBI works as synergistic in combination with other antioxidants. Effect of antioxidants combined with MBI is usually better than each one is used antioxidant especially for that rubber compounds contain ultra fast accelerator and heat-resistant rubber compounds with no sulfur but TMTD which can be activated by MBI.MBI with CBS,MBT or thiurams,dithiocarbamte is and anti-scorcher and can improve processing safety and stability of rubber compounds in storage.
Binder type can be customized.Except EPDM/EVM,other binders,such as NBR,SBR,AR,ECO also can be available for.

Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
