Composite hoses are more resistant to aging than rubber hoses and softer than stainless steel hoses. The main types are: anti-static, wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, light oil type and heavy oil type. VACFLEX adopts international standards and customizes various types of composite hoses according to customer requirements.
Features:
1.The composite hose has the characteristics of light weight, good sealing performance, tensile strength and aging resistance;
2.Has good pressure resistance: pressure can reach 4.0MPa, negative pressure can reach 0.1MPa;
3.The maximum operating temperature can reach 180ºC (only for steam sweeping);
4.It has good corrosion resistance to chemical products containing aromatic hydrocarbons and acid-base liquid media;
5.The composite hose is made of good flame retardant materials, with flame retardant and antistatic properties;
6.The radius of the bending rate of the composite hose can not be folded, the inner wall is detached, blocked and the pipe body is fractured at a small bending position.

1. VACFLEX composite hoses are anti-static and have a conductivity of less than 10Ω.
2. Can drain 100% aromatic hydrocarbons, including diesel, gasoline, lubricating oil, various fuels and other oil products; commonly used in various factories and tank trucks.
3. It is widely used in chemical liquid transportation, fast loading and oil transportation, loading and unloading of oil on ships at docks, and liquid loading and unloading of tank trucks.
