Q2:What kind of footwear can you produce?
A2:We can produce Tactical boots, Combat boots, Junel boots, Desert boots, Safety footwear and Officer shoes with Glued, Injection, DMS, Goodyear construction.
Q3: How is your factory's production capacity?
A3:Through 20 years of development and the concept of survival by quality, our factory has achieved an output value of more than RMB 100 million for 5 consecutive years. We have 4 sets of fully automatic cutting machines, 4 injection molding production lines, 2 gluing production lines and 1 Goodyear production line.
In 2022, under the epidemic situation in China, we completed an order for 100,000 pairs in 3 months from materials to whole boots. The customer was very satisfied with the product quality, and was exempted from the on-site inspection process for the later shipments of this order.
Q4: Do you have QC system?
A4: Yes, quality is our purpose. The boss will not ask us to reduce the quality in the process of purchasing and production to save costs. Our experience in OEM for international famous brands has set us high standards in quality inspection of raw materials, quality inspection of each process,whole footwear inspection, cleaning, pairing, etc.
