Product Description
General introduction of the acrylic needle felt filter cloth:Homo-polymer acrylic needle felt / Acrylic needle felt / polyacrylonitrile needle felt (PAN needle felt filter cloth) well known for its hydrolysis resistance performance, ZONEL FILTECH research and developed the special PAN filter cloth for dust collection.
Relevant specification for the acrylic needle felt filter cloth:
Material available: acrylic fiber + acrylic scrim
Weight: 350~650g/sq.m
Tensile strength: Warp: >850N/5cm; Weft :> 950N /5cm
Service Temperature: Continues: <125ºC; Peaks: 140ºC
Surface treatment for choice: singed & glazed, heat set, water and oil repellence, PTFE suspension bath, PTFE membrane.
