Product Overview
RS-6 JS polymer cement-based waterproof coating is a waterproof material formed by the polymerization reaction of styrene and acrylic acid. During construction, it is combined with a certain proportion of cement to solidify and form a rubber like waterproof film, which has excellent film-forming, bonding, crack resistance, durability, water resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. This product is non-toxic, pollution-free, easy to construct, and has significant environmental and economic benefits. It is a new type of building waterproofing material recommended by the country.
Construction steps:
Grassroots treatment: Firstly, ensure that the construction surface is flat, solid, free from sharp angles, floating dust, and visible water. Clean up the oil stains and level the low-lying and damaged areas. The moisture content of the base layer is not limited and construction can be carried out on damp base layers with excessively high moisture content.
Ingredients: lotion powder shall be mixed evenly in a ratio of 1:1 and used directly.
Brushing: Use a roller to evenly apply the coating on the base surface, apply thin coating, and roll back and forth to squeeze out bubbles in the coating, ensuring full coverage of the base surface and avoiding omissions. After the bottom coating dries, apply the second layer of coating in a vertical cross pattern to ensure even coverage.
Detail processing: A layer of tire reinforcement material (such as non-woven fabric, mesh fabric, etc.) should be sandwiched between the internal and external corners, pipe roots, and other details.
Protective isolation layer: After the completion and acceptance of the coating waterproof layer, the construction of the protective isolation layer should be carried out according to the design requirements.
