The additives auto dosing weighing batching machine - We developed this auto weighing system especially to instead of traditional manual weighing. This auto weighing system could weigh the quantity for one batch usage automatically. This system could avoid the mistake of manual weighing and also keep the workshop clean.
This system could auto weigh 5-10 kinds of powder or granules additives.
Applications:
For multiple ingredients weighing with high accuracy. It is suitable for various bulk solids such as powder and granulates.
1.It is applicable to plastics, foodstuffs, chemical indusry, pharmaceutical, construction and other industries.
2.Typical application is the automatic and high accuracy batching of additives in PVC processing industry
Features:
1.All parts in contact with the product is in 304 stainless steel to avoid contamination
2.Up to 10 kinds of ingredients can be weighed at one time.
3.High accuracy, low tolerance, maximum tolerance of individual ingredients will be within 15 gram
4.Batching capacity up to 800 kg/h.
5. Our PLC system can store up to 30 kinds of formula, you can choose to use any one formula according to your need.
6. We use America brand Mettler Toledo weighing sensor, which can ensure the weighing accuracy within 15 gram for each individual additives.
7.Automatic and manual operation mode
Options
1.De-dusting system for removing the dust to keep your factory clean and protect worker's health.
2.Pushing rode can be added for the poor liquidity material, such as titanium pigment.
