Sulfur core wire is made of steel strip which is filled by sulfur in tube core. It is advantageous to the adjustment and control of sulfur content in liquid steel or iron liquid, facilitate for sulfur content of steel or iron products. Add sulfur in liquid iron and molten steel, to improve the cutting performance of steel and iron products, facilitate subsequent processing production.
Advantages:
1. Adding sulfur to the molten steel, to produce sulphur free-cutting steel; The sulfur recovery rate can reach more than 80%.
2. Adding sulfur to the list of stainless steel can change the morphology of sulphide inclusions, improve the processability.
