Question:How do you ensure product quality and what is your quality control process?Answer:- Prior to mass production, we create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each product. We conduct pre-production tests on all features and parameters, providing comprehensive test reports including temperature control, lumens, CRI, SCDM, IES, pull strength, and electrical safety. These reports are shared with the buyer.
- During production, we have three quality control checkpoints: initial component inspection, 100% inspection of finished parts, and light switch-on tests. After assembly, all products undergo an 8-hour aging process in our aging room, which includes on/off shock tests, temperature checks, and visual inspections of the chips. Before packaging, all lights are turned on again for a final check to ensure quality.
