1)   Vest: EN471 CLASS 2 STANDARD , once got the products, please check it carefully, and if there are any problems please kindly feed back within one month, and send us the detail information about the problem products, we will response and compensate accordingly. 
2)   Other products, make sure that the quality is the same with the samples, if you have any questions or problems with the goods, products can be send back and our company will response the loss of the problem products.
3)   Reflective material, make sure it reaches EN471 CLASS 2 STANDARD.
4)   Most of the products we have 3 months quality warranty time, during this time, if you come across any problems or defects of the products we will give you quick response and compensate accordingly!
