Emergency Shut Valve is installed on the bottom of the tanker, the top parts is tightly sealed inside the tanker. External shear groove design limits product spillage when the tanker is crashed down, it will automatically cut of itself via this groove under the situation there's no affectation on the sealing. This will efficiently protect the over rolled tanker from leakage to ensure the safety when transportation. This products is suitable for eater, diesel, gasoline and kerosene and other light fuel, etc.

Use and maintenance
1. Installment
1.1 Bottom valve and pipeline connection flange can provide round flange and the method for customers to choose
1.2 Bottom valve before installation, please clean the inside and piping, ensure that the inside and no particulate matter in the pipeline, so as not to damage the valve seal
Using
When shipment thickens oil(for example Crude oil), can remove the valve on the mesh, so as not to affect the flow.
Maintain
Not regularly check the intake pipe or cable damage, to avoid airway problems that cannot be normally open valve
