This product consists of dryer cabin, elevator, online moisture meter and computer controlling system. It adopts optimized structure, reasonable material, advanced workmanship, modularized production to ensure the product quality. The dryer is enviroment friendly and low cost. Technical Advantages:
1) Successfully developed an integrated adapted drying control system which can maximize drying efficiency, reduce energy consumption and increase labor productivity, which is an advanced technology in China.
2) The special dust removal and impurity removal system design can perfectly clean out the grain impurities out into the boiler cycle as a biomass fuel, provide heat energy for drying, thus it is more engery-efficient and more enviromentally friendly.
3) Diversified drying methods option, including steam drying, biomass fuel hot air drying, fuel drying etc.
4) Utilize stainless steel mesh for the drying layer and the bottom of dryers, use the material properties, such as stainless steel thermal conductivity and wear resistance, to improve the drying rate and extend the service life.
5) Adopt imported brand motors for elevator and rotary valve, which can run 20,000 hours without adding oil.
6) The imported NSK bearings have longer service life and lower noise.
7) Auger leaves adopts high quality stainless steel material, which are more durable and wear-resistant.
