Introduction of automatic saline injection machine:
1. The automatic brine injection machine is to inject brine (pickling material) into the meat to fully pickle, and the meat pieces injected with the prepared pickling liquid can tenderize and soften the meat, improving the quality and yield of the meat.
2. According to different process requirements, the stepping speed, stepping distance, flex plate gap and injection pressure can be adjusted, and the pickling liquid can be injected into the meat evenly and continuously to achieve the ideal injection effect.
Function:
The automatic brine injection machine is to inject brine (pickling liquid), starch, soybean protein and auxiliary materials into the meat to fully pickle, relying on advanced technology and mechanical devices to inject the pickling agent into the product through a syringe to make it fully automatic. The salt water injection machine is evenly distributed to achieve the purpose of quickmarinating, increasing seasoning, maintaining meat nutrition and strengthening taste. Material: The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with reasonable design, rigorous structure, convenient operation, convenient cleaning, clean and hygienic, and high automatic protection device. When the syringe touches a hard object, the syringe will be lifted up and will not be damaged.
