It is suitable for storage and conveying of glass round bottles and plastic round bottles in various industries. The bottles are placed on the conveying line, and they are delivered by the bottle distribution mechanism to the bottle washing machine or filling machine line in an orderly manner. It can store many bottles, reduce labor and increase production efficiency. The conveying capacity can reach 200-500 bottles/minute.
Drum bottle washing machine has such advantages as beautiful appearance, reasonable layout, simple structure, convenient operation and stable production. It is suitable for cleaning the inside and outside of round bottles or irregular-shaped bottles with shoulder holders. Alternate washing is carried out by two waters and one gas (purified water and injection water, purified gas), so as to make the bottle meet the production process requirements, and the bottle is initially blown dry. According to the production requirements, it can be equipped with an ultrasonic device.


The far infrared tunnel sterilization oven is mainly used for drying and sterilizing antibiotic bottles, oral liquid bottles and other glass bottles in such industries as medicine, health products, etc.
After the messy bottles are put onto the round disc, through automatic rotation of the round disc, the bottles are supplied to the conveying line of the next procedure. It has a buffering function. The round disc diameter includes 600 or 980 for selection. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and conforms to GMP requirements.


The production line is suitable for packaging production such as bottle unscrambling, air washing, filling, cap feeding, cap screwing (pressing) (or cap grabbing), aerating, large cap feeding, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of spray and aerosol bottles in such industries as medicine, daily chemical industry, chemical industry, etc. It has reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products. It is also suitable for filling of other packaging materials such as droppers.
