RE141 split absolute circular time-grid displacement sensor is a non-contact angular displacement sensor, which has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, good dynamic performance and absolute measurement. It is mainly used for high precision machine rotary table, servo motor, direct drive motor, precision optical instrument, gear measuring machine and other equipment. This product has been developed in parallel with the stator reverse mounting version [RAE141Z].
