After the warranty period expires, the seller will send an engineer to the buyer's site within one month after receiving the buyer's repair order. The seller will provide the best price for spare parts; two days after the guarantee period During the year, the seller only charges for spare parts. And the warranty period for replaced accessories is more than one year.
Note: If the buyer is a customer outside of mainland China, he or she will need to bear additional travel expenses for installation and maintenance personnel.
