This machine consists of motor, various knife type (knife, axe, hammer), pendulum rotary body, feed port, discharge port, crushing chamber and screen mesh. After the material enters the hammer working area, the impact force generated by the high speed circular motion of several pendulum hammers on the spindle disk driven by the motor is broken. The broken material gains kinetic energy from the hammer head and is crushed for a second time at high speed against the broken baffle. The material smaller than the aperture of the screen is expelled from the machine, and the material with the larger particle size bounces back to the baffle and is broken again by the additional impact of the hammer head. In the whole process of crushing, the materials also impact each other, colliding and crushing.
