Technological process
Load(500mm) - Etch 1 (2000mm) - Etch 2 (2000mm) - Etch 3 (2000mm) - Etch 4 (2000mm) - Etch 5 (2000mm) - Etch 6 (2000mm) - Clean (1500mm) - Unload (500mm)
