Product Description
The working principle and process of the sintered plate dust removal equipment center on two core aspects: filtration and ash cleaning.
Dust-laden gas enters the equipment through the intake pipe under the negative pressure of the fan and passes through the multi-porous sintered plate. During this process, the dust is captured and deposited. The purified gas is then discharged through the exhaust pipe.
Working process:
1. Filtration stage: Dust-laden gas enters the filter plate filtration area through the dust gas inlet or ventilation port. The airflow passes through the sintered plate, and the dust remains on the surface coating. The clean gas passes through and enters the clean gas chamber, and is then discharged through the outlet or fan.
2. Ash cleaning stage: As the filtration progresses, the dust layer thickens, resulting in an increase in resistance. The ash cleaning control system automatically activates the pulse valve at the preset time or pressure difference and uses compressed air for reverse blowing and ash cleaning. The fallen ash enters the ash hopper and is discharged.
