The production process is as follows:
Place bottles on the conveyor line --- Air cleaning --- 4-head Piston filling --- Place the inner plug manually or automatically if need --- Inner plug cap-pressing if need --- Pre-screw the outer cap manually or automatically --- 2-head Automatic capping --- Automatic puck-out
Note: To meet the needs of the production porcess, this machine can switch the positions of cap-pressing module and capping module flexiblely.
